The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage and/or injury caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.
All offers are not-binding and without obligation. All information provided by us is for lawful repair or replacement of automotive parts.
Using any of our products the purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless us from
any claims or damages for any unlawful use of our products in accordance with the
laws of the country in which the product is being sold and used.
The laws of the United Kingdom are applicable and govern the use
of this product, we cannot be held responsible for any breach of
laws or regulations. The responsibility rests with you to ensure
no laws or regulations are breached.
For Airbag Module Reset service we do not test the ECU or repair failed components, the testing and functionality is solely down to you (the customer, client, garage) and ecu-doctors.co.uk take no responsibility for ECU's that are defective. ECU-DOCTORS.CO.UK only perform a reset service (Removal of crash data and or stored faults). ECU-DOCTORS.CO.UK DO NOT TEST YOUR ECU FOR INTERNAL FAILURES. ECU-DOCTORS.CO.UK presumes all ECU's sent in for a reset service are fully working and fully tested by you or an appropriate garage or service centre.
Limitation of Liability
ecu-doctors.co.uk shall not be liable for any special or consequential
damages that result from the use of our products or services, or
the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance
of the products, even if ecu-doctors.co.uk has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Applicable laws may not allow the limitation
of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Indemnification
By using ecu-doctors.co.uk services you agree to indemnify, defend,
and hold harmless ecu-doctors.co.uk, its officers, directors, employees,
agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively "ecu-doctors.co.uk")
from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including
reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms
and conditions.
